25. March 2009 Chichester Forest

After playing in the sand for a day on Stockton Beach we decided to head north-west for a few more days and do the Chichester Forest Trek as detailed in ‘4WD Treks close to Sydney’ by Craig Lewis and Cathy Savage.

One night we stayed at the Williams River Holiday Park in Clarence Town. We had a great camp site just by the river and in the morning we got to see a stunning sunrise.

This is the first trip we did by our self. It was a great experience and we were pleased to see that we are able to survive in the wild by our self. We have also discovered that there are still a few things missing in our car for the ‘perfect’ trip.
